Either our maintenance department can then carry out the works or you can use the specification to invite tenders form other contractors.

We also offer a maintenance contract to fit your budget:

• You call us tell us your budget for a particular site
• We visit site and produce an outline specification
• We call you back to find out your priorities ( e.g. litter picking,  Grass mowing Pressure washing etc)
• Within 10 working days of your original call we email the specification for your budget
• If you wish to change anything we can amend the specification
• You sign and return contract
• Our maintenance team arrive on site this can be in less than 10 days form your original phone call

We guarantee to undercut any bona fide site quotation that you have received by 10 per cent. You must supply proof of this to take up this offer.
E.g. If you have had a quotation for plantation works totalling £4900 you would get a reduction of £490 bringing our quotation in at £4410.

Obviously there may be instances where we undercut other quotations by more than ten per cent, or where are initial quotation exceeds your other quotations. To take advantage of our guarantee you will then need to contact us with the genuine quotation and we will get back to you within 24 hours with our amended quotation. Please note that where you have asked us to provide a quotation for things not included on your other quotation, this guarantee does not apply.
